Downtown Denver Historic District Tax Rebate
The tax rebate for property owners in the Downtown Denver Historic District is available once again. The program is authorized by the Denver City Council to help offset property tax rates and thank property owners for preserving and maintaining their historic structures. Learn more >>

Landmark Preservation ordinance review & update
For the next year, a task force will be meeting monthly to review and consider updating the landmark ordinance with a focus on making the designation process more collaborative. Learn more >>

Wellshire Park Cottage designation under review
The Landmark Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on the historic designation application submitted for the Wellshire Park Cottage, a 1926 home in the Wellshire neighborhood, just south of the intersection of Yale Avenue and University Boulevard in South Denver.  Learn more >>
