District 4 Survey Closing September 14

Your feedback is greatly appreciated! If you have not mailed in your Annual Printed Newsletter survey, or filled out the online version, please click here to take the survey.

Most of the construction on the Yale storm water project is wrapping up.  Here’s an update:

Cones will remain in place on Yale until it is repaved on about Aug 28-31.
Glencoe construction should be done by Sept 30.
A start date is TBD, but sometime in Sept or Oct, new 8 ft sidewalks will be constructed on the south side of Yale from Dahlia to Glencoe.  The utility lines will be buried.  This project will take about 5 days.  One lane of traffic will be closed.
A new signal at Dahlia will be built after the sidewalks.  The date is TBD.
The signal at Yale Cr has not yet been designed, so it has not been scheduled.

Bible Park Bridges Update (August 2018)

We need your help! Neighbors did such a good job advocating for all 3 bridges to be built and we’re almost to the finish line. There is still a lot of work to do like pouring the concrete and sealing it, which needs to cure for 5-6 weeks. Using the bridges before they are open could compromise the concrete, void the warranties and further delay the openings. Unfortunately, some of the construction sites have been vandalized which only delays the openings. Please respect the “closed” signs and stay off the bridges until they are officially open on September 20, 2018. View the FAQs document for answers to common questions.
