Paying online?

The City of Denver recently implemented a security enhancement to better protect our online payment processing system.  As a result of this enhancement, we are no longer able to accept payments from non-current browsers. If you are using an older browser version, please upgrade your browser to the most current version so that you can access the online payment service.

Annual Valet Permit Program

Valet Parking Permits are required for businesses looking to become a valet parking service, businesses looking to utilize a valet service, or existing valet businesses looking to operate at a new location.

Business License: Valet Operator

Any person or entity hired as an independent contractor by a valet client business to perform valet services for the valet client business or the valet client business' valet customers.

Application: Annual Valet Location License

Step 1

Complete the application provided by Excise & Licenses and all required documents, including:

  • Current Valid Operator License
  • Map of valet area
  • Valid parking lot lease for valeted vehicles
  • Permission from Client business
  • Proof of Insurance

Step 2

Email information completed application to parkingandmobilityservices@denvergov.org

Step 3

Parking & Mobility Services will contact applicant with instructions on processing and payment.

Application: Annual Valet Location License

If valet operations at this location(s) have changed since last year, please fill out a new application, highlighting which part of your operation has changed.

If valet operations at this location(s) have not changed since last year, please email parkingandmobilityservices@denvergov.org stating nothing has changed, and submit the following unexpired documents:

  • Unexpired Insurance Certificate
  • Current, unexpired operator license

Parking & Mobility Services will contact applicants with instructions on processing and payment for the permit.
