A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. March 31, 2017, in Conference Room 1.B.6, Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO  80202. Interested firms are encouraged to attend.  Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver is seeking professional architectural/engineering team for a new Northfield Fire Station (NFS) located on the southeast corner of Central Park Boulevard and 50th Avenue in Denver, CO 80238 on an approximately 1.5-acre site. The new facility will be a 2-bay fire station of approximately 12,000 square feet. The property is currently owned by the City.

Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation:  The project goal of 25% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C. 

General:  As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
