A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. local time, Tuesday, November 13, 2018 on the 4th floor in Conference Room 4.H.2., Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO 80202. Interested firms are encouraged to attend. Attendance is not mandatory; however, Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver is seeking a consultant to provide architectural and engineering professional design services for the Denver Central Library Renovation, located at: 10 W. 14th Ave., Denver, CO 80204;

About Elevate Denver Bond Program: Elevate Denver is a 10-year, $937 million general bond program approved by voters in 2017, that will enhance the City and County of Denver by providing critical improvements to the city’s infrastructure – improving our roads, sidewalks, parks, recreation centers, libraries, cultural centers, public-owned buildings and safety facilities.

Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation: The project goal of 21% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C. For compliance with good faith requirements under Section 28-62(b), the M/WBE percentage solicitation level required for this project is 100%.

General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
