General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver Public Works Department is seeking to award a(n) on-call contract(s) to a(n) general contractor(s) to provide bridge and structural construction services on an on-call, as-needed basis for various City projects.
Cost Estimate: The cumulative cost of all construction performed under this contract shall not exceed $3,000,000 during the Three (3) year term of the Contract. The City expects to award multiple contracts.
Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation: The Project goal of 13% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-60(b), D.R.M.C. The successful proposer must be prepared to submit a Compliance Plan after the conclusion of the solicitation process, as a component of contract negotiations and award.
Textura Construction Payment Management: Bidders are required, when preparing a bid, to agree it shall use the Textura Construction Payment Management System (“Textura”) for all payments, including those to subcontractors, inclusive of this Project. Prevailing Wage Requirements: Contracts for construction, reconstruction, and remodeling are subject to the City prevailing wage rate requirements established pursuant to Section 20-76, D.R.M.C.
General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
