Request For Qualifications: Land Survey Professional Services On-Call

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for services for the project named above. Deadline to Submit Questions: June 17, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. MST.

Responses must be submitted via QuestCDN no later than 11:00 a.m. MST, July 1, 2020. General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Program Resource Office is initiating an On-Call Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to award multiple contracts for Professional Land Surveying Services to support all divisions of the department, including all capital infrastructure, facilities, wastewater and transportations portfolios and other City Agencies as necessary.

Cost Estimate:

City desires to award multiple master on-call land survey contracts. Projects will be initiated by issuing task orders to the contract with the aggregate fee for all task orders limited to a maximum contract amount of $2,500,000 and an initial term of 3 years. The City reserves the right to issue Proposal Requests to multiple On-Call Consultant Teams for a single Task Order.

Minority and Women- Owned Business Enterprise Participation:  Article III, Division 3 of Chapter 28 of the D.R.M.C. directs the Director of DSBO to establish a project goal for expenditure on construction, reconstruction, remodeling, professional and design work contracted by the City and County of Denver. The goal that has been assigned to this procurement is 15%.

Project goals must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-63, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-64 D.R.M.C. A draft utilization plan is a required submittal as part of the response to this RFQ and it will be scored. DSBO’s approval of the utilization plan will be required prior to receiving an executed contract or notice to proceed.


As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
