Looking for a job-- or a better job--is hard work. At Denver Workforce Services, we understand. You are not alone, and we are here to help.
Need help using a computer, or need access to one? We compiled a list of free technology and digital literacy resources.
Unemployment Insurance (UI) programs are offered through the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. For questions regarding your UI, please call 303-918-9000.
Unfortunately, because UI is a state program, our city staff cannot answer specific questions regarding your claim or status. If you received a letter from UI asking you to make an appointment with the Workforce Center in the county where you live, start by registering in the statewide public workforce system at connectingcolorado.com.
Once your registration is complete, Denver residents can email firstname.lastname@example.org with “Work Register” in the subject line. In the body of the email, include your first and last name as it appears in Connecting Colorado.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to www.connectingcolorado.com and clicking the Forgot password link in the JOB SEEKER section on the left side of the screen. Enter your user name or Social Security number and email address to receive an updated password.
If you have a different email address than the one you used when registering for Connecting Colorado, please email email@example.com with the words Password Reset in the subject line, and include your full first and last name exactly as it appears in your Connecting Colorado profile.
The City and County of Denver requires that all customers wear protective face coverings when visiting any of your Workforce Centers. We cannot provide face coverings.
For safety reasons, only our jobseeker customers are allowed to enter for in-person visits. Do not bring your companions or children with you.
You must have an advance appointment to visit. We cannot accommodate walk-ins at this time.
