Ashland is a Local Level recreation center in the northwest area. Its facility features include:
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
High intensity interval training is an enhanced exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise designed to improve fitness in rapid time. Come ready to torch calories and have a blast! This protocol is proven to physiologically transform your body!
Yoga
This meditative practice includes longer holds to ignite the body’s internal heat and allow deep release to occur. Students learn to balance strength with flexibility and effort with surrender in each pose. Level I is for beginners. Level II includes more challenging movements.
