Remote Access and VPN Agreement Form

When working remotely, we recommend you open a virtual private network (VPN) connection. By establishing a VPN connection, you are able to link your home network or that coffee shop you’re sitting at’s public network securely with the city’s private network. By using VPN you are able to access city applications and gain access to all the cybersecurity defenses we have in place.

Log in to and search “VPN” for how-to articles, policies, and to request access (only needed if you are using a non-city owned laptop).
