The Alternative Sentencing Program allows those in our care the opportunity to maintain their employment, education, and/or treatment. This program is carefully supervised and includes monetary fees, which shall be determined by a case assessment.
Only individuals who have been referred by the court should fill out the Alternative Sentencing Program application. Applications cannot be completed more than one week prior to the defendant’s remand date.
Not sure if you're in the right place? Check out the Work Release Program, otherwise fill out the application below.
Alternative Sentencing participants earn "good time" while taking part in this program. Those with open pending charges, however, may not participate in the program until said charges have received a disposition compatible with their alternative sentence.
